Sour Cream Apple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 cube butter
    2 apples, peeled and sliced thin
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 egg
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend the cake mix and butter together; reserve 2/3 cup for topping.
    Press rest in the bottom of a square pan.
    Place apple slices over pressed down cake mix.
    Mix egg and sour cream; pour over apples.
    Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon to the reserved 2/3 cup cake mix.
    Sprinkle over sour cream for topping.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
    Yummy!
