Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears corn, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    hot fat
Preparation
    Combine corn, eggs, sugar, flour and salt.
    Drop by tablespoons into hot fat; fry until golden brown.
    Makes 10 servings.
