Chicken Artichoke Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, washed and cut in half
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Saute garlic, onion, thyme and artichoke hearts in butter for 15 minutes over medium heat.
    Add water, chicken and bouillon cubes.
    Simmer covered over medium heat for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
