Lo-Fat Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up and skinned (or 6 halves skinned, boneless chicken breasts)
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 soup can water
    1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Pour rice in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix all other ingredients, except chicken, in a large bowl.
    Pour half of soup mixture over rice in pan; mix together and spread out in bottom of pan.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top of wetted rice and pour the remaining half of the soup mixture over the chicken/rice in the pan.
    Cover.
