Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1 c. flour
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Separate into two balls.
    Roll into approximately 1-inch tube.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
    After chilled, slice into very thin wafers.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. May top with a pecan half before cooking.
