Pasta With Fresh Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. olive oil
    3 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. pasta, cooked
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. leaf basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil in a large nonstick skillet until golden.
    Add tomatoes and simmer until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Add broth, basil and oregano, simmer to thicken sauce, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Serve over hot, cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
