Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 eggs, well beaten
    parsley, fresh or flakes
    fresh pepper slices (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    oregano and garlic flakes or Italian seasoning
    pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Add zucchini slices.
    Mix together.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch dish at 350\u00b0 until done.
