Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. carrots
3 c. potatoes
3 c. water
3/4 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
6 Tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 to 16 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation

Dice and cook first 5 ingredients until tender; while vegetables cook, make white sauce of next 5 ingredients.
Add cheese to make white sauce.
Stir constantly so it doesn't scorch; add to vegetables (don't drain).
Add corn.
Serve with oyster crackers.
