Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. green tomatoes
    2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 large onions, diced fine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind, dice or shred tomatoes.
    Place all vegetables in a large bowl; sprinkle with salt.
    Let set for 1 hour.
    Drain.
