Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg; mix until well blended.
Mash 3/4 cup of strawberries and add to cream cheese.
Add confectioners sugar to cream; beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold into cream cheese mixture.
Pour into crust.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Garnish with additional strawberries.
