Chicken Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut up
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
    1 (16 oz.) can green chiles, diced
    2 c. sour cream
    3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, grated or finely diced
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 c. green onions with tops, chopped
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, soup, chilies, 3/4 of the cheese, green onions, grated onion and olives.
    Mix well and set aside about 1 1/2 cups of this mixture for the top.
    Combine chicken with remainder of mixture.
    Divide evenly on 12 tortillas.
    Roll up (I fold mine into square) and place folded side down.
    (I use Pam in my dish for easy clean-up.)
    Spread 1 1/2 cups mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes large amount.
