Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 strips bacon
1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 (1 lb. 5 oz.) cans Campbell's pork and beans
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. molasses
5 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Brown bacon until crisp.
Put bacon on paper towel.
Brown celery, onion and green pepper in bacon fat.
Combine all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl.
Crumble in bacon and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
