Ingredients

3/4 c. egg substitute
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/3 c. safflower oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. or less salt
Preparation

Whirl eggs in blender; add milk and oil.
Blend 2 minutes; add dry ingredients and whirl.
Bake in preheated Teflon waffle iron. Makes 4 large waffles.
