Creamy Baked Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine margarine (butter), crumbs and sugar to make crust.
Pat in greased plate.
In bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Beat in Eagle Brand milk, eggs and salt until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back.
Cool at room temperature. Spread sour cream over cake.
Garnish as desired.
