Spaghetti Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 (6 oz.) cans water
    3 (6 oz.) cans white wine (plus one for chef)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    8 oz. chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    In large Dutch oven or skillet, saute onions in olive oil until clear.
    Add garlic, tomato paste, water, wine and remaining spices.
    Stir and bring to a simmer.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
