Casserole Of Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 large slice bread, dried and crumbled
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    sprinkling of paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Wash squash and onion and cut into pieces.
    Cook both in salted water for about 20 minutes or until done.
    Drain veggies and add butter.
    Let cool slightly.
    Add egg and crumbs.
    Beat all ingredients with eggbeater.
