Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    4 or 5 medium potatoes
    1 egg
    shredded carrots
    celery, cut up
    flour
Preparation
    Take strip of bone from salmon.
    Cook potatoes and mash.
    Add the salmon to the cooled potatoes, also shredded carrots and cut up celery.
    make patties from this mixture and dip into flour. Fry in Crisco or cooking oil.
