Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 large can tomato juice (46 oz.)
3 cans kidney beans (15 oz.)
1 small bell pepper
1 medium onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. chili powder
crushed red pepper
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat.
Drain. Add mustard, ketchup, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Put this in a crock-pot. Add tomato juice, kidney beans and as much red pepper to your taste. Add more salt and pepper, if needed.
