Hot Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cloves minced garlic
2 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1 recipe corn bread batter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. beans, drained
1/3 juice from olives
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and salt to taste.
Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Transfer to 10-inch square baking dish.
Make corn bread batter and pour over top of meat mixture.
Bake uncovered in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
Serves 6.
