Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Combine
flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
in
a
large bowl.
Whisk oil, milk, eggs and almond extract in another bowl until smooth.
Add dry ingredients; mix only
until
evenly moistened.
Stir in poppy seed. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 24 muffins.
