Old-Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter (size of walnut)
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring milk and butter to boil.
    Beat eggs and sugar together. Fold eggs and sugar into milk, then add vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes (the temperature is important).
