Rice Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. each: green onions, celery and bell pepper
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. fines herbes
3 c. cooked white rice
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1 1/2 oz. Parmesan
Preparation
-
In large skillet, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, pepper, bouillon and seasoning in oleo.
Add rice, cheese and carrots. Cook 5 minutes; toss lightly.
