Auntie Mickey'S Italian Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large green peppers
1 lb. hamburg
3 to 4 stalks celery
1 medium onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
1 large Ricotta
1/4 c. bread crumbs (approximately)
about 1 to 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
2 eggs, beaten
about 1/4 c. grated cheese (Romano, Parmesan)

My grandmother made the best stuffed peppers.
She could not read or write, so it was difficult to get a recipe from her.
She would sometimes add raisins or \"God's Fingers\" (pine nuts) to her peppers.
