Pink Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 large container cottage cheese
1 medium Cool Whip or Dream Whip
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Bring pineapple to a boil.
Add Jell-O mix and cool.
Add cottage cheese and stir.
Stir in Cool Whip and nuts; then refrigerate.
