Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    1 large can sliced olives
    Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. tortillas
    1 large can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Cook hamburger.
    Season with salt, pepper, chili powder (optional) and garlic salt.
    In a separate pan, fry tortillas in deep fat; very short time to make tortillas soft and pliable.
    Dip tortillas in sauce.
    Lay tortillas in pan.
    Fill with meat, onions, olives, cheese and sauce.
    Turn over so seam is on the bottom. Continue this step until pan is filled.
    Pour or spoon sauce over top of enchiladas.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 1 dozen.
