Hog Maw(Pig Stomach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 lb. fresh sausage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 pig stomach
    1/4 c. water
    1 peeled onion, cubed
Preparation
    Dice the raw potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Mix sausage, salt, potatoes and onion.
    Stuff pig stomach.
    Sew up the opening. Place in a roast pan with 1/4 cup of water.
    Cover.
    Bake 3 hours at 300\u00b0 (uncover for 1 hour).
    I use 1 1/2 pounds spareribs.
