Low Cholesterol Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
1 carton Morning Star Scramblers (equal to 2 eggs)
1/3 c. polyunsaturated oil
Preparation

Combine and sift 1 3/4 cups flour, sugar and baking powder. Combine milk, Scramblers and oil; beat with rotary beaters until well mixed.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
Pour liquids into well.
Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
Do not overmix.
