Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut up or shred.
    Combine potatoes, onion, salt and pepper in a large skillet with melted butter.
    Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, until bottom is crisp.
    Turn over and cook 10 more minutes.
