Quick Refrigerator Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fine chopped pineapple
    3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
    2 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients. Place in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
