Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricots
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    juice of apricots
    pecans
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; add to beaten eggs.
    Add lemon juice and apricot juice and cook to medium sauce.
    When cooled, place layers of apricots, cheese and nuts in bowl.
    Pour sauce over all. Chill.
