Beef Patty And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. ground beef, shaped into patties
1/2 medium-size green pepper, sliced in strips
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sherry (optional)
dash of pepper
Preparation

Coat patty with flour.
Place on large pieces of foil or in small foil pan.
Place pepper strips around meat.
Sprinkle with soy sauce, sherry and pepper.
Seal or cover tightly.
Bake in 400\u00b0
oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 1 serving.
Good with potato nuggets sprinkled with garlic or onion powder (1 cup) and sliced tomato and lettuce.
