Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
onion to taste
4 hard-cooked eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook chicken and cut up.
Mix all together and put in large casserole or loaf cake pan.
Cover with crushed potato chips if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
