Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecan meal
3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
spaghetti sauce or sauce of preference
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and shape into small meatballs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Place in casserole dish and pour sauce over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for another 30 to 40 minutes.
