Tortilla Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ground turkey
    8 (6-inch) tortillas
    10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 small cans chopped green chilies
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. plain bread crumbs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Mix spinach and cottage cheese; set aside.
    Brown turkey, onion and garlic, then add chilies, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, chili powder and cumin.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Layer in 13 x 9-inch pan: tortillas, 1/3 meat, 1/3 spinach and 1/3 cheese.
    Repeat until done.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
