Filet Belmont House - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 (6 oz.) filet steaks (1-inch thick)
    2/3 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. brandy
    1 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
    Grill 4 minutes per side.
    Mix broth, brandy and rosemary and boil (about 5 minutes).
    Spoon over steaks and top with Blue cheese.
