Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork chops
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. flour mixed with 2 c. water
    potatoes
    carrots
    thyme
Preparation
    Brown pork chops; drain fat.
    Put onion soup, flour and 2 cups water
    in
    pan.
    Add
    pork chops, carrots and potatoes; sprinkle with thyme.
    Cook
    on simmer in electric frypan until carrots are ready, about 1 hour.
