Veal Chops And Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 veal chops (3/4 inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 medium size zucchini, sliced
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, garlic and basil.
    Roll chops in mixture. Brown chops in a large frying pan.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add 1/2 cup of water.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes.
    Drain tomatoes to make 1 cup.
    Combine remaining flour mixture with tomato liquid and stir into cooking liquid.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add tomatoes and zucchini and cook, covered, 20 minutes.
