Tex-Mex Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    16 oz. can cream-style corn
    16 oz. carton dairy sour cream
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    11 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped red and green bell pepper and onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl and into a hot greased 9 x 14-inch pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown (more golden than brown).
