Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

11 oz. Cremora
1 lb. Nestle Quik or Hershey's instant chocolate
2 c. powdered sugar
instant dry milk (to make 8 qt.)

Preparation

Mix well; store in an airtight container.
Mix 1/3 cup mix and 1 cup hot water.
