Chocolate Chip-Brandy Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. brandy
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream
    6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
Preparation
    Measure off a length of aluminum foil long enough to encircle 4-cup souffle dish.
    Fold in half lengthwise.
    Fasten to dish with tape or string so collar is about 6 inches higher than rim.
