Connie'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix milk, soup and rice; add broccoli and mix. Add cheese.
    Saute onion in butter until tender (do not brown). Add onions and butter to mixture.
    Put in a large casserole. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
