Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Raisin Bran
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center.
Beat together the wet ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
(Batter will be thick.)
Mixture may be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Bake in muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Yields 40 muffins.
