Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 red potatoes
    1/2 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 to 2 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 5 to 8 minutes.
    Cool.
    Grate into 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
