Low Calorie Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. water
5 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Add water to egg whites.
Add sugar and cream of tartar; beat until stiff.
Add orange peel and flavoring.
Quickly fill greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 16 muffins.
One muffin equals 39 calories or 1/2 bread exchange.
