Mimaw'S Cool Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/3 c. instant rice
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. dill pickle, chopped
Preparation
    In a covered saucepan, bring peas, salt and water to boil. Remove from heat.
    Stir in instant rice and onion.
    Cover and let stand 13 minutes.
    Cool.
    Stir in mayonnaise and pickles.
    Chill.
