Seafood Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. onion juice
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1 lb. lobster meat or 2 (5 oz.) cans crabmeat
    2 loaves bread (Wonder-Taste)
Preparation
    Cut off crusts from bread slices; roll them thin.
    Melt butter and cheese over low.
    Add meat and onion juice; spread on bread slice and roll like a jelly roll.
    Freeze rolls on a tray, then seal in freezer bag.
    When ready to serve, cut little frozen roll in 1/2; dip in melted butter.
    Place on jelly roll pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
