Hubbard Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hubbard squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Cut the squash into fairly large pieces.
    Boil in salted water 15 minutes. Drain. Sprinkle with pepper.
    Make a sauce by combining the remaining ingredients.
    Pour over hot, drained squash and toss gently. Serve immediately.
