Kelly'S Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 chopped onion
    4 chicken bouillon
    1 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    16 oz. frozen carrot coins
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta
    12 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and noodles until done.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Add frozen carrots to potato mixture.
    Add Velveeta and soups.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Add mushrooms. Cook in crock-pot up to 6 hours.
