Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine
softened
cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Add pimento, onion,
sauce and salt.
Mix well. Shape into ball or log. Chill\tseveral
hours.
Roll in pecans or parsley.
Serve with crackers.
