Lemon Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. fish fillets
    lemon juice
    flour
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    In
    a
    medium
    bowl,
    mix
    flour,
    water, 1/3 cup lemon juice, egg,
    baking powder, salt and sugar. Dip fish in lemon juice. Coat
    with\tflour,\tthen dip in batter.
    Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on towels. Serve hot.
